Our Crew, Our Strength
One in-house team for software and AI automation, from Dhaka and Chittagong to clients around the world.
Dhaka, 2022, and Lofi the cat
Our Story
We started with a single question: why do most software engagements end with the client owning less than they started with? Everything since has been our answer.
Three friends and flatmates set out to build things that actually help people in tech. The fourth flatmate was Lofi, the cat, hence the name.
We began replacing clients' tangled vendor stacks with a single in-house team across web, CRM, automation, and ads.
After running the same foundations across dozens of clients, we packaged them into deployable snapshots and started building our own SaaS.
A 30+ person in-house team across engineering, AI automation, design, ads, and ops, serving clients in Bangladesh and worldwide.
What we believe
Not poster slogans; these are the defaults we return to when a decision is hard.
Every member of the team matters, and the owners work hard to keep it that way. Great software and automation come from people who are trusted, supported, and given room to do their best work.
We'd rather show messy work early and tell the truth than ship a beautiful lie. Trust compounds; spin doesn't.
Burnout is a bug, not a badge. We design our weeks the way we design our products: for the long run.
The last 10% is the part people feel. We sweat the details others skip because that's where delight hides.
We hire kind, curious people and get out of their way. The best ideas rarely arrive solo; they arrive in conversation.
Because building software is hard, and we'd rather laugh through the hard parts together than take ourselves too seriously.
Life at LofiStack
A fully in-house crew that ships shoulder to shoulder, and protects the rituals that keep us sharp.
Every Friday, anyone can show what they shipped. No slides required, just a browser and something real.
A full day of uninterrupted deep work. No standups, no syncs. Just you and the problem in front of you.
Our most active Slack channel. Turns out people who care about craft also care deeply about food.

The guitar came out after midnight, St. Martin's.

Bags down, another offsite begins.

Hammock time, because the best ideas need a horizontal surface.

Ten of us and a CNG, somewhere between here and there.

Whole team, one deck, way past bedtime.
